Agreement and lawful use

By browsing our store, ordering, or communicating with us, a customer accepts these terms together with the referenced policies. The service may not be attacked, abused, interfered with, or used unlawfully.

Product information and orders

Product details are presented as accurately as practical, but reasonable differences in packaging, colors, or device display can occur. A submitted order is a purchase offer that may be declined, restricted, or cancelled for stock, payment, address, fraud, mistake, legal, or policy reasons.

Prices, payment, delivery, and returns

Checkout displays pricing and applicable taxes, while an order proceeds only with payment authorization. The Shipping Policy and applicable law address delivery and carrier risk; the Refund Policy controls returns and refunds.

Intellectual property, liability, and changes

Protected content may be used only with permission or as allowed by law. Where law permits, liability for indirect or consequential harm is restricted; mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable responsibility continue to apply.
