Order scope and shipping charges

Delivery is available for the destinations presented at checkout. Checkout is the controlling source for shipping fees and for any order that qualifies for free shipping.

Processing and estimated transit

We usually prepare an order within approximately 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, transportation commonly takes an estimated 2–4 business days, but the estimate cannot be promised.

Carrier disruption, weather, customs, peak periods, weekends, or holidays can cause a delivery to take longer than the stated estimate.

Customer information and tracking

Customers are responsible for entering a correct mailing address, email, and phone number. A tracking update is provided after shipment when it is released by the carrier.

Delays, loss, delivery scans, and damage

If a parcel is late, missing, marked delivered but not received, or damaged in transit, send the order number, purchase email, tracking reference, and relevant details. Include photographs of damaged goods and the shipping package.

Delivery limitations may apply to certain products, regions, or address formats. Shipping questions should include both the order number and the email used at checkout.
