What products are available?

How long do processing and delivery take?

Allow approximately 1–2 business days for preparation and an estimated 2–4 business days for carrier transit. Those timeframes are estimates rather than promises.

Can I return or exchange an item after changing my mind?

Yes. A non-defective product may be returned by mail or considered for exchange if requested within 30 days of delivery. It must still be new and unused, with its original packaging, labels, and included pieces.

Are there return costs or restocking fees?

A complimentary return label is supplied inside the parcel. No restocking charge applies, but the return must be approved before it is sent.

What if an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?

Send the purchase number, transaction email, a description, and clear images or video of both the goods and package for review.

When is an approved refund processed?

Once approved, a refund is returned through the original payment method within 10 days; the account issuer may require extra time to show it.
