Payment Policy

Accepted methods and authorization

We begin processing after a payment receives successful authorization. Available payment choices are limited to the methods displayed during checkout for that order.

The payment service may approve, examine, refuse, or require verification of a submitted transaction.

Billing information and risk review

Billing information must be current and correct. Transactions that are unfinished, cannot be verified, or present elevated risk can be held or cancelled.

Card data, failures, and refunds

We do not store full card numbers in customer-facing pages or support messages. The issuing institution normally controls failed payments, authorization freezes, disputes, chargebacks, and exchange-rate issues.

Refunds that receive approval are generally sent back through the initial form of payment.
